How to register with Swiggy?

Swiggy Partner is a program through which you can take your food business online through the most popular online food delivery market place.

In order to register yourself with Swiggy, you need the following documents and information;
  1. PAN Details
  2. GST Registration
  3. Shop and Establishment Act Registration
  4. Bank - Current Account
  5. A Cancelled Cheque
  6. Details of the Proprietor
  7. FSSAI Registration
Once all the details are in hand you can proceed with the registration.

Step by Step Registration Process

1.   Visit the Swiggy Partner Registration Portal: Swiggy Food Delivery

Once you’re there, enter the following details in the application form on the portal;

Your Restaurant or Food Business Name
Owner Name of the Business
Restaurants Point of Contact Designation
Owner’s Contact Number
Owner’s Email Address
Restaurant’s City

2.   After entering these details, the application form will extend further for providing more details as follows

3. For GSTIN Present Status, If Yes - enter the GSTIN Details

Once you enter the GSTIN details, all the further details will populate automatically. The following are those details - Restaurant / Trade Name, Business Entity Name, Registration Date, Business Type, GST State, GST Type, City/Town

4.   If No, you have to agree for the declaration that your company is below the threshold limit for registration as prescribed under the GST law in our State.

5.   Enter the locality of your Restaurant / Food Enterprise in the Map and Pin the location

6.   Continue with the balance Address details of the Restaurant Address and the FSSAI details as FSSAI License Number, FSSAI License Registered Name, FSSAI License Expiry Date and Address on the FSSAI License.

7.   After that upload the copies of KYC Documents as follows in either Jpeg or Jpg or Png format.

Owner’s Aadhar Card or Driving License or Passport or Voter ID as Identity Proof
GSTIN Certificate
FSSAI Certificate

Once done uploading, submit the form.

8.   As soon as you submit the form, there will be a call received from the verification department of Swiggy to validate the details submitted.

9.   Once the call verification is completed, a direct visit from a delegated team of personnel will be made to your submitted Restaurant location to verify the authenticity of the details submitted.

10.   As soon as the verification is all clear, which will take a little time depending on the city of application and inflow. After the completion of the background verification the legal service agreement will be initiated for completion of the registration process.

11.   Upon the legal agreement is signed, a product training will be organised by the Swiggy for understanding the business model and the profitability arrangements along with the other ecommerce platform training.
