Wage Rate - $22.00/ hour, 40.00 hours per week.

Experience - 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.

Language - English

Type of crops - Fruits and Field crops.

Benefits - Accommodation will be provided @ $30/week, relocation expenses & medical insurance for first 3 months covered by employer, if required.

Job Duties:

Manage all the job duties for general farm workers.

Supervise procedures to maintain crop health and welfare.

Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations.

Supervise maintenance of infrastructure, equipment, and supplies.

Develop work schedules and establish procedures.

Ensure farm safety, food safety and security.

Maintain quality control and production records.

Essential Skills - Working with others, Problem solving, Decision making, Critical thinking, Continuous learning.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities - Repetitive tasks, physically demanding, Standing for extended periods, Bending, crouching, kneeling.
