Associate Analyst – Client Account Management (CAM) Account Excellence Services

If you would like to support Deloitte’s important clients, this could be the role for you. The role provides an opportunity to provide and deliver important support services to Deloitte’s client account teams.

 

Roles and Responsibilities

As a CAM Account Excellence Services professional, you will perform operational tasks that support Deloitte to efficiently serve our clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

Ensuring that critical data is entered properly into forms and applications according to written instructions.

Using existing information to create client ready documents according to templates and outlined requirements.

Mining data from secondary sources, and reorganizing the data in a defined format that is easily read and understood.

Building basic proposal/pursuit materials including assignment matrices, compliance matrices and calendar schedules.

Generating simple reports and provide status updates.

Collecting data from online resources and developing simple presentations.

Formatting presentations using brand guidelines and instructions.

Creating deliverables and completing assigned tasks as per agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

The Team

CAM Account Excellence Services professionals assist client leaders in strengthening how we serve our most important clients. CAM Account Excellence Services Professionals execute internal account operations, such that the account leaders can focus on delivering value for our clients.

 

Qualification and Experience Required:

0‐1 years of professional experience

Any Bachelor’s degree

 

Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, Power Point, and Word.

Basic knowledge of secondary research.

Ability to follow instructions and execute without error.

Demonstrated ability to pay attention to details.

Ability to work in a fast‐paced, team environment.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work virtually.

Solid reasoning and problem‐solving skills.

 

Work Timings:  11:00 am to 8:00 pm
