The Role Responsibilities
Strategy - Awareness and understanding of Bank’s strategy
Business - Interpret data, analyse results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports. Good analytical skills, understanding and experienced in Client Onboarding, Maintenance and Offboarding processes.

Other Responsibilities
Perform analysis to assess the quality of Data
Prepare reports based on analysis and present it to management/Requestor
Identify high-level corrective options across processes and systems that will resolve/ prevent occurrence of the data quality issues
Identify opportunities for streamlining activities with the objective to improve coverage, efficiency and accuracy
Adherence to laws and regulations, internal risk and compliance policies and the Group Code of Conduct
Completion of all mandatory risk and compliance training including e-learning within stated timeframes
Safeguard all data by ensuring strict adherence to information communication guidelines polices as well as data storage/archival procedures
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to tailor message and updates to various level of users and stakeholders.
Display Client centric, ready to help attitude, pro-activeness and diligence in resolving queries and issues promptly and with superior standards.
Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams / functions.
To be able to work in any timings based on the work pressure and what it demands.

Requirement
Freshers / Bachelor’s degree with at least 1+ year of work experience as Data Analyst
He/she should be a team player with strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills; ability to liaise effectively and tailor communication with key internal stakeholders across various levels in the organization.
