Job Description & Requirement
Provide general administrative and clerical support
including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management.

Prepare billing & invoicing
Record payment receivable
Run company’s errands to post office and office supply store
Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries
Prepare quotation, correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
Operation Executive

Oversight of daily operations of warehouse and operations departments
Support the company in the execution of daily
operational activities

Recognize operational issues and emergencies and ensure they are promptly attended to and rectified in a timely manner.
Ensure company policies and SOPs are abided.
Develop and implement policies, procedures and schemes
Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and OHSAS 18001
